1. General Policy

All orders, bookings, purchases, deposits, and payments made to Oceanstechnology.co.uk are considered final and non-refundable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Once an order, booking, service, product, subscription, or other purchase has been confirmed, no cancellation, refund, credit, exchange, or reimbursement will be considered or accepted, including where the customer subsequently changes their mind or no longer requires the product or service.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully review all specifications, quantities, dates, pricing, delivery requirements, and other relevant information before placing an order or making payment.

2. No Cancellations

Once an order or booking has been submitted and accepted by Oceanstechnology.co.uk, it may not be cancelled by the customer.

This applies regardless of whether work, procurement, manufacturing, preparation, administration, scheduling, or delivery has commenced.

Any deposit or advance payment made in connection with an order or booking is non-refundable, except where applicable law expressly requires otherwise.

3. No Refunds

• Change-of-mind purchases;

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer;

• Customer cancellations;

• Products or services that are no longer required by the customer;

• Delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control;

• Deposits, advance payments, booking fees, or administrative charges;

• Custom-made, specially ordered, personalised, modified, or customer-specific products or services; or

• Any other circumstances where Oceanstechnology.co.uk has fulfilled, or remains willing and able to fulfil, its contractual obligations.

4. Custom and Special Orders

Where products are manufactured, sourced, modified, imported, ordered, reserved, or otherwise supplied specifically for a customer's requirements, the order is strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once accepted.

The customer remains liable for the full agreed purchase price notwithstanding any subsequent attempt to cancel the order.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable UK law.

Where legislation gives a customer a mandatory right to cancel an order, reject defective goods, require repeat performance, receive a price reduction, or obtain a refund, those statutory rights will take precedence over this policy.

In all other circumstances, Oceanstechnology.co.uk's no-cancellation and no-refund policy shall apply.

6. Acceptance

By placing an order, making a booking, paying a deposit, making full or partial payment, or otherwise purchasing products or services from Oceanstechnology.co.uk, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers should therefore ensure that they are satisfied with their order and committed to proceeding before making payment or confirming an order.
