ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Dick Eichhorn has been a sales engineer for more than 25 years. He is trained as an electrical engineer in a broad variety of industries. From sugar mills, textile and paper industry to offshore, petrochemical, and container ports and terminals. Since 2014 he has been engaged as a full-time Port Consultant. His main activities are purchasing and sales of equipment for ports and terminals. Dick also contributes to residual lifetime inspections and commercial training activities. He has lived his entire life in the Rotterdam main port area and has great admiration for the dynamics in the port and the people who work there.
